He is the central figure of the X-Men film series and has been credited with helping to cement the series as a multi-billion-dollar franchise. Jackman's performance as Logan has been praised by critics and fans alike, and he has held the Guinness World Record for the "longest career as a live-action Marvel character." Jackman is set to return to the role in Deadpool 3 (2024), which will be produced by Marvel Studios and set in the MCU.
